Employment Law
We represent small to medium size businesses on a variety of employment law related issues, including preventative counseling and guidance on compliance with state and federal law requirements. The matters on which we counsel our clients include wage and hour, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, policies and procedures, employment agreements and other related issues.
In addition to counseling clients on compliance related issues, when a dispute arises, we represent clients in a variety of employment matters. We regularly appear in state and federal courts on matters involving:

Commercial and Business Litigation
We work with a diverse group of companies and individuals in business disputes in state and federal court litigation, through trial and appeal, as well as in mediation and arbitration. Some of the commercial matters that we handle are partner and member disputes; contract disputes, claims of unfair competition and tortious interference, business fraud, as well as numerous other types of business disputes. We have several years of experience in identifying, seeking and obtaining the necessary and proper legal and equitable relief and remedies required by our clients, including, but not limited to, temporary restraining orders, preliminary and permanent injunctions, declaratory judgments, specific performance and monetary damages.
